| Razorblade Jr is on a tour
with Plan Kruutntoone this week. Plan Kruutntoone forms
an orchestra for weddings and funerals, escapes and births, inspired by
the work of writer and artist Jan Yoors. In november 2004, P.Kruutntooneplayed
in Hungary, Croatia and Slovenia. Now it's the time for The Netherlands
and Belgium. Poortgebouw is threatened to be closed down. Help them survive by
signing a petition HERE!! Unfortunately Poortgebouw is not the only venue in trouble, that's why we're playing on a benefitparty for De Bakkerij this weekend in Alkmaar. And please take note on this advice by Disko: Use an old - sterilized toothbrush to rub away dry skin on lips. Make sure the skin is slightly damp and rub in a circular motion. Apply Vaseline and olive oil. When your eyes are puffy, put cucumbers or wet tea leaves on them for fifteen minutes and then the puff is gone! |

The new material that we recorded with Biff
Eighties in Hoofddorp is now mastered by Zlaya and ready to be released.
We hope to release it in november or december. It will be a five song
cd. |

We've just played the last GB-show for the
next two months. Razorblade Jr. will be doing some travelling. First,
as part of the two week festival UKE
in Croatia and Bosnia, on solo guitar. Later on a tour with Plan
Kruutntoone Speelt Yoors, a.o. to Hungary. See the shows

Our anniversary party
was a huge succes. Thank you Bitz for being our master of ceremonies! Thank you, Mika, Makazoruki, Morbide Eenheid, Living Ornaments, Terrie/Andy/Rozemarie and a special thanks to Peach Pit, you are surpreme! Webloggers Peter (My Own Music Industry) and this guy VidoLiber were also present, and wrote nice stories about it, read them here and here. In Dutch only! |
A week ago, we've been recording with
Larz again. We recorded one track for a cd that will come with the next
issue of ThatDam!Magazin.
Plus we started recording tracks for our next project, the Exotic Klaustrofobia E.P. The stuff sounds very good. We already received artwork for it from Hof, oh man it looks fantastic. If you live in Amsterdam, pick up a copy of Amsterdam Weekly somewhere before wednesday. It has a very nice article on us. Of course we'll put it on this site later, just as five more reviews that came in recently. We'll see when our lazy webmaster Phat Bobbie gets to it. |
